SHOULD I TAKE A GAP YEAR?

Hi. I have not received any decision from LUMS. I have admission offer from GIKI in Bs Ai. I am from lahore nd currently in kinda tough situation… what should I do? Tbh I know my application was not too good, neither to bad too tho😭 but now I wanted to ask k is it worth it to take a gap year for LUMS?
