I am super impulsive and it is raining me.

I need an advice.

I am extremely impulsive, I can stop and think before do something I just do.

Today we have a situation where me (f 25) answer the door and my neighbour wanna come in to check if the water was also I'm my room because they have an issue, then I automatically just said yeah sure and they started to come in.

My husband ( m 27) was without shorts, and also my daughter ( f 7) was also without shorts and wtf is wrong with me? Like I did not think on all of that, + the house was very messy because I just came back from a trip.

Also, I was looking for a nail polish as my husband loves to polish his nails to not be hurtful and instead to buy that I bought a Foot file, like it has an image in the foot file why the hell I cannot think?

Honestly, countless of times that has been happening this. I have no idea what is actual wrong with me.

I few so sorry for be a horrible wife to my husband and always do things that are super bad or just very annoying. I would like to be able to think properly and before do something.
