Discord webcam streaming question

I want to use my steam deck, in docked mode, to stream my webcam through discord. I build Gunpla and i want to be able to stream my gunpla sessions with my friends so we can do it together. but The Discord through discovery app doesn't let you use webcams. is there a workaround?
