Questions regarding my recent post

Location: Texas Hi this is an update with questions regarding my recent post. If you don’t know or didn’t read my last one, that’s understandable because it was really long. Basically I am 16M turning 17 in November. I am seeking emancipation from my father who is homeless and jobless. He has been abusive in the past with substance abuse and a registered felon for child endangerment. He was deemed an unfit parent while I was in the custody of another family. We are staying at my grandfathers house who doesn’t want us here. I had a job lined up but he refuses to let me go even though I have a ride system set up. I have no bank account so I have many job applications filled out. I have messaged many people in the area I plan to move to that offer renting a room. I have applied to jobs there as well and the minimum wage there is 15 dollars an hour. This is well within the pay range of rent which includes the utilities. The only problem is that the people I’ve asked have agreed to let me rent if I can get my paperwork first. But I need to show the court the lease to be in a better position for emancipation. Could I show the texts to the court? Also I have messaged the school I intend to move to and I know the paperwork that I would need. My dad does not have my birth certificate or my social security card as those are with the family I was previously staying with. I don’t know fully what to do and my friend has set up a go fund me in the meantime. I have my documents ready to be printed: personal statement petition etc. Any advice or encouragement helps.
