I don't understand missed dose scheduling

Because of a late appointment and the pharmacy being out of stock, I missed my Saturday dose. I'm hoping they're back in stock tomorrow. If I missed my Sat dose, can I still take it up to Wed and continue with the Sat dosing schedule after that?
