How do VPN trials work? Anyone had a good experience?
I decided to try out a VPN for the first time last week after reading so much about them online. I went with this one service that offered a 7-day free trial, thinking it would be a good way to test things out. The setup was super easy, no hassle at all. I just had to sign up, download the app, and boom, I was connected. I’ve always been a little skeptical about VPNs, mostly because I didn’t really understand the point of paying for one when I thought my regular internet security was fine.
I decided to use it while binge-watching some shows, and honestly, I was impressed. The speeds didn’t drop like I feared, and the connection felt pretty stable. I also checked a few other countries’ Netflix libraries, just out of curiosity, and it worked! I was even able to watch stuff that wasn’t available in my region. By the end of the trial, I was leaning towards subscribing, but I’m still not 100% sure if I want to pay long-term.
Anyone else had a similar experience? How do you feel about VPN trials is worth it, or just a quick sales tactic?
