[Suggestion] Unable to get 2F code

Hello. I bought this game during its pre-order beta version in 2020. The account is linked to a hotmail account I used as my primary email during that time. Considering how I have been wanting to try out their PVE game mode, I decided to login to do 2 things. 1) play the game and 2) change my email account attached to the account to my gmail which I now use as my primary. Unfortunately, I cannot receive a 2FA verification code to my hotmail.

I have emailed support but I do not know how long it will take for them to respond. Any ideas on how to proceed?
