I got DDUC and then uska fees is ₹32155 rs i have already paid 19k in the first round where i got another college for eng hons. The main point here is can i withdraw my seat before spot round? if i put for upgrade rn and in the 3rd round if upgrade hua mera ? How much money will i get back?
