Frustrated with Homeblend delivery timeline

Ordered from Homeblend on the 21st, expecting 4–5 day delivery (like I get from Tulum or BT).
Got a confirmation call on the 22nd, was told dispatch on the 24th.
I Mentioned I’m traveling on the 29th, was assured delivery by the 28th.

Later got an ETA of the 31st via text.
I Emailed (on the 23rd in an hour of receiving the text) asking for delivery by 28th, if not possible then either to cancel or hold dispatch till the 5th, got no reply to the email.

Called on Sunday 27th, no response, no callback on Monday.

Today it’s 29th, The package is at my city hub but not out for delivery. I leave by 3 PM, no one home to receive it.

Is 9–10 days ETA? Other roasters using Bluedart deliver in 3.
Being assured of delivery by the 28th, then getting no response of mail and call, is frustrating.

Almost like i shouldn’t have taken the word of the representative and cancelled the min i got told dispatch would be on 24th.
