how are you all managing to write answers within the time limit?

i was enrolled in vision's answer writing program (mains mentorship). i have written 100-odd answers so far but i still can not finish writing a single answer within the prescribed time limit (7 minutes for 10 markers and 11 minutes for 15 markers) infact i m nowhere close.

just drafting a proper intro and conclusion or trying to recall relevant examples often eats up more time than i expect. i usually end up taking twice (sometimes thrice) the recommended time per question and thats without any exam pressure.

i didnt take the time limit parameter seriously before since i was newly stepping into answer writing practice and focused more on quality of answers but now its scaring me. tried writing with a timer couldn't finish 1/2 of the paper.

would really appreciate any tips or insight. preparing for cse2026.
