less conventional student accoms - need opinions!

hello everyone! i'm an international student that will be starting my undergrad program in feb 2026.
did a super deep dive on accommodation options and found less known ones like
-Sharesorted
-Castle
-Forest Lodge

would appreciate if anyone can advice or feedback. i'm someone who is sociable but prefer to have my own space to unwind, personally unsure if I should just go for Iglu, scape or syd uni village as I heard mixed reviews about it.

also want to know if usyd abercrombie building's culture is good - only considering this as they offer studio rooms with a private kitchen (which i prefer)
