Travel recommendations?

Friend and I are looking for someplace to visit for 3-4 days, somewhere that is a direct flight for both of us, which means Atlanta, probably February-ish. We’re looking for cozy, charming, low key. Think afternoon tea, bakeries, bookstores, stationary stores, antiques, walkable, good coffee, lots of veggies at dinner, in bed by 10pm type fun. Oh, and ice cream. Aka, we’re 75-year-old women in 35-year-old bodies. Willing to rent a car and drive a bit for the right location. Give me your recommendations, please?
