Experiences with ITAA title?

Are here people in accountancy who wants to share their experiences with ITAA title? I did a careerswitch as an almost 30 years old and have now a graduaat accounting after studying 2 years with VDAB. I’m working fulltime now for one year at the same place as where I did my intern ship during 1,5 years. I work in a small accountancy office and they would like to support me while going for ITAA title but it is no must for them.

I doubt if I have or will have the capabilities to achieve this as I hear stories that even people with a master don’t achieve the title or quit. I see people with 15 years experience that quit because of too hard.

Are here people who want to share their experiences or advice?
