Future of CAs , are we just going to be supervisor of AI?

With AI doing a lot of work in accounting like audits ,report generation , analysis ,reconciliations and all efficiently and accurately ni .

It makes me wonder are we heading towards a future where most of a CAs technical work is handled by AI? If that happens ,will the role of CA jst become reviewing what AI has done and signing off??

i am a CA student and sometime it feels like all the hard work we put in might not be as vauable if machine end u doing most of it

is AI assisted CAs the future?
