Self-Study AP Psych and AP US gov???

Hi, so I wanted some advice on this. I'm a rising sophomore, but I overloaded my junior year with APs, so I'm trying to self-study some to take the load off. Can anyone tell me how easy it is to self-study psych and us gov, bcs I literally have no idea. I don't have a ton of prior knowledge abt us history, so any resource recs would also be super helpful.
