Commercial trucks parking in residential streets.

Is this allowed? There’s a large truck, some kind of hydro vac truck, that parks a couple of houses down from my house every evening and over weekends. Makes seeing oncoming traffic when exiting my driveway a real PITA. Also a dance school directly opposite that has children crossing frequently, 40km zone but most people that speed are clearly innumerate. Wouldn’t want my kid crossing with that thing blocking your view.
