💼 What we’re building:
An all-in-one platform that helps small businesses run powerful ads without any agency or learning curve.
It includes:

• AI-generated ad creatives (video/image/text)
• Auto-deployment to ad platforms via APIs
• Conversion prediction & live tracking
• Full dashboard, SaaS-ready, multi-language support (in future)

👥 Looking for 5 core team members (Co-founders):

1. AI/ML Lead (1x) – LLM integration (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek) – Ad creative generation (RunwayML, Midjourney, Stability) – Performance prediction engine
2. Full Stack Developer (1x) – Frontend (React/Next.js) – Backend (FastAPI/Node) – API integration with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn
3. UI/UX Designer (1x) – Clean, intuitive, SaaS-style UI – Mobile-friendly + dashboard-focused
4. Partnership & Outreach Manager (1x) – Responsible for communicating with Meta, Google, RunwayML etc. for API approvals, tie-ups, licenses – Handles documentation, platform compliance
5. Growth & Launch Hacker (1x) – Manages pre-launch hype, community building (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn) – First 500 users & early access testing

💸 What I’m offering:

• Co-founder level equity (5–15%) based on role + contribution
• Fully remote
• No salary right now — we build fast, launch MVP in 3 months
• After MVP, we aim for seed or angel funding (India + global)

I’m the visionary behind the project — handling idea validation, product direction, timelines, and keeping everything on track.
Execution will be handled by the team. I’ll support wherever needed — whether it's strategy, alignment, or decision-making.
