I want to watch the new episodes but I don't know what to do.

Let me just get right into it. I have seen episodes in the past but they're not in order at all. I want to start at the very beginning of tawog in season 1 but I feel burnt out already. I love the show but some feels like filler. Without spoilers, when could I actually start watching the show where the lore progresses and I can get into the new season or should I just screw the old episodes and just get into it. I am so lost!!!
