Question for academic awards

In Sha Allah if i get selected, i would have to tell them about my academic achievements. I have an o level world distinction in physics and in AS levels i got best across 3 subjects first in punjab and 3rd in pakistan

Will these make a difference or not since it isnt bio or smthn (although AS distinction had bio)
