Toy Aussie food recs & eating disorder?

Hi guys, my boy turned 1 this month and Ive been having trouble with his feeding since maybe 2 months ago. He’s a very picky eater, his stools are soft, and i dont know what to do at this point. I’ve searched so much on quality food and now that he’s turned 1 I’m switching to adult food.

I’ve bought and tried all three brands due to being WSAVA approved: Iams, purina pro plan, and hills. He’ll only eat pp and hills if I mix wet food into it.

He’s also on Prozac for well… 3 or 4 months now. Im starting to think this needs to stop due to Its contribution to his possible eating disorder, fearing he’ll become anorexic.

Is there specifics I should be getting for his breed and him being toy sized?
