I want to breakup with my boyfreind

Hello all I am 25f and my bf 26m, 7 years of love and my my boyfreind preparing for government job for almost 5 years till no luck, I said him try in private and simultaneously you can prepare for governemnt jobs. But he don't listen to me. In my family my mother is single and recent cancer Diagnosis. My father passed away in 2019. I had one younger sister and one younger brother. I am main responsible. Now I had pressure about marriage in my house I can't blame my mother coz of her illness never know what happens. I really love my boyfreind but also I can't wait anymore I am struggling 😩 so decided to move on. I am not sure how to convey to him. But also I given 1 more year 2026 to him if not then I will move on Please suggest me am I right or wrong ? If I am wrong please slap me..
