Is there a recent guide to playing Sarios?

(Rant)Ive played him for 2 days but he feels so weak.And the abilities descriptions do no justice to what he does. Like I had no idea that by hitting the first part of the dash he can recast it after the boop recast but what’s worst is how it leaves u for dead if you miss the dash or just dash away from a team.(I know you can use ult to run but so can the enemy)And his solar bomb, it feels horrible not being able to detonate it or if you do there is nothing in its vicinity. Don’t get me started on his snipe. His kit wants him be able to pivot from like an engage/all in to a disengage sniper but it’s too slow and individually his abilities too weak if you can’t blend them together. Buff his fire rate or cooldown of his whiff dash if you hit a sniper or bomb.

(Actual Question) I thinks its also just a skill issue with me not being able to play him in his best environment with all his abilities being all circumstance based so I need guidance/videos in how to play him because I do like to play him at the end of the day. Thank you
