The universe’s signpost

Yesterday was Day 5 for me and also the day I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out (😭😭😭). I hadn’t realised until a few days ago that you can’t smoke / vape / have any type of nicotine after wisdom teeth removal and by the time I learned about that I’d already begun my quitting journey.

So there I was yesterday, totally unable to smoke or vape but also totally at peace with that because I’ve moved on from nicotine anyway. It sort of felt like a serendipitous event, like a sign that I’m on the right path at the right time.

Anyway literally no withdrawal symptoms on Day 5 because my mouth and jaw ache so bad that’s all I can think about 🤙🏼
