Want to work at warehouse

I don’t want to make this a long post so I’ll make it as short as possible. I’ve been at Walmart for 3 years now and I’ve been wanting to become a TL but I think my coach is giving me the runaround. I think I’ve proven myself well enough that I am able to do the job and it’s been only 2 weeks I know but the way he is and act towards me is very rude and he is easy towards everyone… overnight we already get blamed and yelled at enough already by cap1 and 2;the whole store. It’s like nothing’s ever enough. I told him my ideas in the interview and he took that and applied that one night when we literally had a lot ocall ins … if he was trying to test me I felt that was wrong to do. And I’ve been staying til 11 to help finish everything… not going to use me and dog me out like that. Am I overreacting?… should I give it more time? Cuz at this point I want to apply to a Walmart warehouse.or any place better.
