Any meds similar to spiro? Or other ways to lower androgens?

I’ve had to stop spiro as I’m taking a new medication that’s the gold standard for my mental health condition and spiro increases the risk of poisoning for it and I’m lost. My hair shedding is crazy and my body has gone back to storing all my weight in my B belly instead of my breasts and hips and I feel so insecure. I’m underweight now but look larger and more manly. Are there any other meds like spiro? (I’m alr on bc) my understanding is that’s the only option. Or has anyone helped change the way they store fat with natural remedies like spearmint tea/chia seeds/flax/etc.? Please let me know what works for y’all that’s not spiro(I miss u bbg)
