How long left on my new build?

Good morning! I have just been told my house is finishing up first fix, they have been on first fix for 1 month, I wondered how long does the rest usually take once first fix is done?

We are told that we should move in August/September but worried that won’t happen if they have taken 1 month on something that I’m told usually takes 5-10 days.

What’s everyone’s thoughts?

(Side note), does anyone know at what stage does the hard hat visit usually take place?
