Am I controlling?

I moved from west coast to east coast to be with my husband and brought my almost 2 year old with me(which is his) and my 11 year old (not his). I’ve quit my decent paying job and now I am a sahm. i don’t have anybody here. No friends and family. He works full time, he does video editing on the side and recently, he’s been gambling. Not an issue with money since it’s his. I just want him to stay with us instead of wasting time in the casino. I asked him multiple times for his time. I told him that his priority should be his family not all these stuff for himself. He called me controlling for asking him to prioritize us. Am I controlling for telling him that he should want to spend time with us?
