Dysautonomia? Pulmonary issue?

I did CT scan and endoscopy; no hiatal hernia and clean (minor inflammation in esophagus). But I heard there’s only 40% chance of discovering HH during endoscopy? I’m hoping CT is more accurate. The doctor recommends consulting psychologist haha. Old and traditional doctor.

My major symptoms are difficulty breathing because of the feeling of esophagus hitting my lungs when sitting in specific chairs; constant pressure in bra area; and most importantly immense pressure (as if someone is pushing their feet on my chest) in that area when attempting to sleep.

Phew.. I’m planning to see pulmonologist and neurologist. What do you think?
