If you are not losing weight then you are not in a calorie deficit. Stop denying the laws of physics.
I see people on here all the time making posts like "I've been in a calorie deficit for 6 months and haven't lost any weight" or "CICO doesn't apply for people with PCOS/hypothyroidism/[insert medical condition]".
It is complete nonsense. Every human body, and in fact every physical system, must obey the laws of thermodynamics. Fat gain or loss is 100%, without exception, a matter of calories in vs calories out. No medical consition can change this. Your body is not violating the laws of physics.
If you are losing weight then you are in a calorie deficit. If you are not losing weight then you are not in a calorie deficit.
