New store bug?

Hello everyone! Last event I bought the event boost on the new store and received it instantly. Last week I bought the extra stones packs on the new store and never received the rewards. It took about a week to support to solve this. I just bought this event boost and once again I didn't receive the boost. Immediately wrote to support. Do you guys have experienced similar issues on the new store? Seriously I'm all in supporting the Devs and buyon the new store but seriously they should make it work properly. I hope I receive an answer from support before the end of the event. Morning rant finished.
