all my Reviews has moved to anther business profile

searching for an expert advice : My Business profile was suspended and then reinstated. Initially, I had 132 reviews associated with my profile. However, about a week after the reinstatement, I noticed that all of my reviews are now missing. I reached out to GMB support, but the response I received indicated that no record of my past reviews could be found. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my reviews, along with my business address, have somehow been transferred to another GMB listing. The new profile, which is not mine, now contains all my reviews and my business address. I have contacted support and attached screenshots as evidence to support my claim however I keep getting an automated reply that my case was already handled and I should go back to the original thread. any advice how to get out of this loop ? I tried other support channels like twitter but without any progress
