How should I go about moving out?

Hey so I’m 18f and really need to leave my house, I don’t want to over share just vital facts first. My bank account where my checks are deposited is attached to my mothers account and she takes about 700-800$ out of my 800-900$ paychecks leaving me with only 200$ to spend throughout the two weeks. I also have a senior dog who is absolutely no questions coming with me, she technically owns him Im not sure what to do about that. I have absolutely no money saved however I do have a couple opportunities I’m looking into so I can still leave I just don’t know how to go about the actual leaving part. Another important thing is that mom is very emotional so what I’m torn between doing is A. ‘running away’ like out of the blue with very little communication. B. Wait until she flips out and kicks me out again so I have an excuse to leave, however the only thing with that is she hasn’t done it in a minute. I don’t know if I have to balls to do the first one because my friend who I’m planning to room with literally has a free room. She keeps joking if you need to crash on the couch and stuff plus I can bring my dog so there’s a totally safe cushion for me to fall on when I decide to go. Just I don’t know when or how if you guys could help.
