Bring her back question and thought (minor spoilers)
Saw it in Ireland yesterday, love A24 , haven't seen much of their other films except Warfare (Excellent). I like how they push boundaries from what we're used to see. Needed something like this, i love fantasy and horror but most movies relied on cheap jump scares which end up giving headache. Enjoyable, nice pace and actors did great.
Is this supposed to be a black magic scenario ?
Most of the time it annoys me to see the protagonist be passive, or make obviously bad decisions. The villain kinda remind me of the woman from lost in space, same manipulation. But she was screaming red flags the entire time.
