[PC][2000s-2010s][Character Builder Puzzle] Game with humanoid cartoon character customization inside a house
I played this game on PC around 2008–2015. It was not a browser game, definitely a standalone program — maybe part of a kids’ CD or edutainment package.
You start in a house or room, and the main gameplay involved customizing humanoid cartoon characters. You could change:
Eyes (X-shaped eyes were one of the options)
Hats, eyepatches, facial features
Shoes, arms, hands, legs — full limb customization
Characters had round faces, very cartoonish, colorful, and clean visuals
Some combinations might have led to powers or abilities (maybe slime or dirt shooting), but I’m not sure about this part — it could be a false memory
You didn’t move around or walk — it was mostly static, possibly puzzle-based. I vaguely remember a mechanic where you had to match a “persona” by assembling the right parts.
It was not Jimmy Neutron, not tied to any specific TV cartoon I can recall, and definitely not online.
Please help — I’ve been trying to remember this game for years.
