Does anyone know where I can find this book?

Prostitution by Pierre Guyotat, the guy who wrote Tomb for 500,000 Soldiers and Eden Eden Eden along with some other autobiographical works like In the Deep and Coma. The book was written in 1975. I'm wondering if anyone has read Stuart Kendell's translation published by Creation Books. There was a translation by Bruce Benderson but it changed the plot and it's only 32 pages. Does anyone have a pdf of it or any info about it?
