which dumb phone should i get??

hello all!! i’ve recently been wanting to get off my phone more because i’m realizing that im on my phone all the time and i want to break that habit! i know all of the phones im about to list still have access to apps like tik tok but i feel like cause it’s a smaller screen it’ll help me reduce that time on the phone. my choices are between the samsung galaxy folder 2, mive folder, or the cats 22 flip. pls let me know cause i’ve done some research and i still cant decide!!
