Switzerland medical director salary

Redoing this post without any specific companies.

Other than looking at glass door, can anyone orient me on what I can expect as a salary for a medical director (probably senior / lead) position at Basel, Switzerland? And besides salary, what is the usually bonus or are there even stocks as part of packages usually?
