Where to store money for personal wants or needs and savings

Hello everyone, yes as written above gusto ko kasi sana istore somewhere yung budget ko for personal wants and needs na may card para instead of using credit card ayun nalang gagamitin ko para at least namomonitor and nalilimit ko yung gastos ko. Any suggestions which banks yung okay?

For savings naman, eto yung hindi ko talaga gagalawin as in for ipon purposes lang. I have BPI naman pero naghahanap din ako ng banks na may good interest rate para hndi lang naka tengga sa bpi.
