why am i being charged a deductible for therapy suddenly when my benefits state its a $55 copay and a deductible doesn't apply?

my therapist said my deductible reset so that's why but my deductible has been $0 up until last week so shouldn't i have been being charged a deductible all these months since september if that was the case?
