[3 YoE] Review Required. Getting rejected from companies even after a bunch of referrals

Hey all, I’ve been applying to software/platform roles for the past few months and have received over 10 referrals, but so far only got one take-home assignment and no interviews beyond that. I’ve attached my anonymized resume would really appreciate any feedback on how I can improve it. Is there anything I might be doing wrong or missing?
