Spam Reporting

My party, myself and three others, were playing a moment ago in a server. My aunt, one of the players—who doesn’t use the chat and just runs around catching bugs, or going wherever we go when we use buzzy jars, etc—was in Elderwood when she got a pop up that claimed she had been reported by a player and is now unable to even login to the game.

Is there a way to fix this?
