Helpppp i bought a Moron 2.4 KIT and it arrived broken into PIECES!!!!!

I bought a Mormon 2.4 printer because i wanted bigger print ed but now it arrived and they sent broken printer 🖨️🖨️🖨️

It in completely just pieces no working printer at all 😭😭😭

Also where is included ams?? Nowhere in there!!

Doesn't sync to bambu app also!!

Where can i contact bourbon support to get a working printer?? This is unacceptable customer service!!
