Experiences with labour hire apprenticeships

I recently got an offer from Mags Apprenticeships in VIC. it sounded very nice you bounce around between EBA jobsites and residential but because its an agency did it take long for them to find you host to work for. Can anyone share their experience with Mags or another agencys about them finding you a host and how long it took them. I dont want to be stuck in limbo waiting for a host to come not knowing how long it could take.
