We love the name Noam, but wife is concerned about connotations

I don't want to make a political post, but wife is concerned the name Noam is too Hebrew and tightly linked to Israel and the war in Gaza.

Kind of like how German names temporarily fell out of popularity post WWII

Do you feel this is a reasonable concern?
