Advice on deck building for a returning player (Izzet Spellsling)

Prefacing this by saying that Vivi is one of my favorite characters in FF and I am aware that Vivi decks are a dime a dozen these days

I spent a bit of time building out this Vivi deck, trying to make it a solid deck that could pull out some wins in B3. I know Vivi can get out of hand and I built him as a spellsling deck with a few combo pieces if needed to try to get a kill with storm (either via [[Grapeshot]] or [[Brain Freeze]]) or with a [[Repercussion]] in play into something like a [[Blasphemous Act]] Or [[Chandra’s Ignition]].

I am just looking for some advice on the deck itself as I’m relatively new to deck building as well as some honest thoughts as to the power level of the deck. Recently played a bracket 3 game that quickly got out of hand and one of the opponents seemed annoyed (not a ton of interaction drawn from opponents tbf and by the time they did I mostly had answers). While I did have a solid starting hand I don’t want to be underselling the power level just to stomp either.
