So like I’m soft locked

I decided I was gonna finish re4 remake and I’m just past the part with the knights in the circle room and the last 2-3 merchants have had no ammo no heals just a rpg recipe for bolts and mines even the enemy’s drop no ammo just ptas and its like kinda pissing me off because I can’t get past the room with 300 guys In it with tentacle heads
