20 Excel Shortcuts You Must Know in 2025 | techwithbuddy

I’ve been using Excel for quite a while and finally sat down to collect 20 of the most time-saving shortcuts I use all the time. These have helped me clean, filter, and analyze data way faster.

Here are a few of my favorites:

🔹 Ctrl + Shift + L – Add/remove filters

🔹 Ctrl + Arrow Keys – Jump across data ranges

🔹 Ctrl + ; – Insert today’s date

🔹 Alt + E, S, V – Paste special

🔹 Ctrl + T – Create a formatted table

🔹 Ctrl + Space / Shift + Space – Select column or row

🔹 F2 – Edit a cell directly

🔹 Ctrl + Z / Y – Undo/Redo fast
