Can BV make you loose your libido?

I’ve had a smell coming from my vagina since I was 15, I haven’t treated this for 8 years. Im pretty sure this is BV, because I use boric acid and it always comes back when I stop. I’m wondering if BV can cause you loose your libido and make you loose your sensation down there because it barely feels like anything when I masturbate.
