Americor debt relief: legit or a scam?

Got a mailer from Americor about settling my $15k credit card debt. They say they can negotiate it down and set up a payment plan, but I’m worried about tanking my credit score even more.

Anyone worked with them? Did they actually help, or is this one of those shady debt relief companies? I’m so stressed and don’t know what to do
