Being a car content creator in UAE

I have been making YouTube videos of my travels in not so regular manner in India and South East Asia (my travels). The question is can I make and post car videos here in UAE? I do own a car, I would make some videos of it and some of those which I see in public (some with consent and some without as I might not find the owner nearby everytime). Is it legal to post other cars videos online? I would go ahead and blur the number plate as well. Please share your insights. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day.
